POR QUE  JESUS É O CAMINHO?
VEJA O QUE A BÍBLIA DIZ:

 

Todos nós, homens e mulheres, somos pecadores, como nos diz o apóstolo Paulo em sua carta aos Romanos: " Todos pecaram e estão afastados da presença gloriosa de Deus". (Romanos 3:23)
A origem do pecado do homem está no início dos tempos. O livro do Gênesis nos diz que Deus criou  o céu e a terra, os vegetais, as estrelas, o mar e os animais, e ao final viu que tudo "era bom". Então Deus criou o ser humano, à sua imagem e semelhança e o colocou no Jardim do Éden, para que tivesse muitos filhos, povoasse o mundo e dominasse a terra. E Deus viu que,  agora com a presença do ser humano,  tudo que  havia feito era "muito bom". ( Gênesis 1 e 2)
Deus tinha pelo homem, profundo respeito e amor incondicional, mas queria que o homem também o amasse, demonstrando amor através da obediência.  Então disse ao homem que comesse dos frutos de qualquer árvore do jardim, exceto a árvore que estava no centro do jardim, a árvore do conhecimento do bem e do mal. Se comesse da fruta desta árvore morreria.
Mas satanás tentou Eva, dizendo que se comesse a fruta, seria muito poderosa. Eva comeu  do fruto proibido e deu a seu marido, que também comeu. Devido à sua desobediência, Deus cumpriu o que havia dito e expulsou o homem do Jardim do Éden, pois como diz a bíblia, "O salário para o pecado é a morte" (Romanos 6:23).
Assim, através do pecado de um homem, o mundo todo pecou e foi separado da presença gloriosa de Deus.
Mas Deus  nos ama infinitamente e incondicionalmente. E seu amor é tanto que Ele enviou seu próprio Filho - Jesus Cristo - único homem a nascer sem o pecado (já que foi concebido pelo Espírito Santo e não por um homem  e  assim não herdou o pecado de Adão) e através da morte  e da ressurreição de Jesus, é que somos resgatados do pecado, como nos diz Paulo:   "Mas Deus mostrou o quanto nos ama: Cristo morreu por nós quando ainda vivíamos no pecado" (Romanos 5:8) .
Jesus é o cordeiro imolado, pois através de seu sacrifício nos libertou do pecado,  "assim como um só pecado condenou todos os seres humanos, assim também um só ato de  salvação liberta a todos e lhes dá a vida". (Romanos 5: 18)
Assim, a salvação do homem não dá-se por mérito próprio. O homem não pode salvar a si mesmo, mas somente através de Jesus.  Como nos diz Paulo na carta aos Efésios: "Pois pela graça de Deus vocês são salvos por meio da fé. Isso não vem de vocês, mas é um presente dado por Deus. A salvação não é o resultado  dos esforços de vocês; portanto ninguém pode se orgulhar de tê-la. Pois foi Deus quem nos  fez o que somos agora; em nossa união com Cristo Jesus, ele nos criou para que fizéssemos as boas obras que ele já havia preparado para nós" (Efésios 2: 8 -10)
Portanto,  fazer  o bem e a caridade é nossa obrigação, mas o que nos salva é a nossa fé em Jesus. Somente por Jesus Cristo é que somos salvos, pois "A salvação só pode ser conseguida por meio Dele. Pois não há no mundo inteiro nenhum outro que Deus tenha dado aos seres humanos, por meio do qual possamos ser salvos". (Atos 4:12)
Esta salvação é para todos que crerem, pois a Bíblia  ainda nos diz que "Se você disser com a sua boca: 'Jesus é o Senhor' e no seu coração crer que Deus ressuscitou Jesus, você será salvo". (Romanos 10: 9-10)
Por isso, só existe um caminho que nos leva a Deus: Jesus Cristo. Por que Jesus é o Caminho, e é o único caminho, conforme as palavras do próprio Jesus:
" Eu sou o caminho, a verdade e a vida; ninguém pode chegar ao Pai a não ser  por Mim." (João 14: 6)
ou ainda:
" Eu sou a ressurreição e a vida. Quem crê em mim, ainda que morra, viverá; e quem vive e crê em mim nunca morrerá." ( João 11: 25-26)

We are all sinners, men and women, as the apostle Paul says in his letter to the Romans: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3.23)
The origin of the man's sin is in the beginning of  the times. The book of Genesis tell us that God created the heavens and earth, plants, stars, the sea and the animals, and in the end He saw that everything “was good”. So God created the human beings, their image and likeness and placed in the Garden of Eden to have many children, populate the world and dominate the earth. And God saw, now with the presence of human beings, everything that He had done was “very good”. (Genesis 1 and 2)
Go had by man deeper respect and unconditional love, but He also wanted the man to love Him, showing love through obedience. Then He told the man that ate the fruit of any tree in the garden, except that the tree ai the center of the garden, the Tree of Good and Evil. If he ate that fruit he would die. But Satan tried to Eve saying if she ate that fruit she would be very powerful. Then Eve ate the forbidden fruit and gave it to her husband who also ate it. Because of their disobedience God fulfilled what He was said and expelled the man from the Garden of Eden, because as the Bible says, “the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6.23).
Thus, through the sin of one man the whole world sinned and was separated from the glorious presence of God. And His love is so much that He sent His own Son – Jesus Christ – the only man born without sin (as He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and not by a man and so He did not inherit the sin of Adam) and through the death and the resurrection of Jesus is that we are redeemed from sinas Paul tell us: “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5.8)
Jesus is the sacrificed Lamb, because through His sacrifice He freed us from sin, “consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men.” (Romans 5.18). Thus the salvation of man is not given to their credit. The man cannot save himself but only through Jesus. As Paul tell us in his letter to the Ephesians: “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, wich God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2.8-10)
So, do good and love is our obligation but what save us is our faith in Jesus. Only by Jesus Christ is that we are saved, because “salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by wich we must be saved.”(Acts 4.12)
This salvation is for all who believe because the Bible also tell us that “if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord', and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” (Romans 10.9-10). Therefore, there is only one way that lead us to God: Jesus Christ. Because Jesus is the Way and the Only Way, as His own words: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”(John 14.6), either yet: “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.” (John 11.25-26)
